From the captivating present back to the beginnings, let me take you through the crescendo of my career.
Before my foray into sound design, I engaged into electronic music projects as composer, producer and DJ, and as well as my extensive experience in the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR) as a Technical Designer and TV Producer it laid the foundation for my technical prowess. The diverse roles, from Motion Graphic Specialist to Assistant Producer at DR has equipped me with a holistic understanding of the media landscape.
Then in 2019 my journey into the harmonious world of sound design had its roots in formal education, where I pursued a Bachelor of Sound Design at Sonic College. This foundational experience, spanning from Sep 2019 to May 2022, provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and technical intricacies and artistic nuances of audio engineering and sound design. Here, I delved into courses encompassing audio post-production, dialogue editing, Pro Tools mastery, and the creation of captivating soundscapes.
This educational chapter not only refined my technical skills but also served as a crucible for my passion, laying the groundwork for my subsequent roles as a Guest Lecturer at Sonic College. The theoretical knowledge gained during this period seamlessly blended with hands-on experiences, setting the stage for my professional journey as a versatile and skilled sound designer. The academic echoes of Sonic College resonate in every note of my sonic symphony, enriching the narrative of my career.
Through the years during and after Sonic College, my passion for sound has been an unwavering melody, guiding me through projects that range from documentaries and short films to podcasts and animation. As I look back at my journey, I am not just a sound designer; I am a storyteller who crafts narratives through the intricate tapestry of sound. The beat goes on, and I eagerly await the next movement in this sonic symphony.
